We have established a network of highly skilled tradesmen who have all experienced working together as a team before and all subscribe to the same working ethos as we do to ensure that you have the best team for the job – from planning to final finish.

On top of coordinating this, we can also provide you with a complete project management solution to ensure that your project is completed on time, within budget and the right trades are on site at the right time.

Loft conversions

Detached, semi-detached or terraced – we can help create extra living or working space in your loft. With an eye for smart solutions, wherever possible, we will minimise or avoid the need to loose an existing room to create the access to your new space.

We also work with a highly experienced architect who is expert in planning and building regulations issues – that way we can firstly identified what planning regulations apply to your project, and then work to give you the best possible chance of obtaining approval, first time!

With our network of associated trades, we ensure that your work is done with the minimal of mess and disruption and that we leave you with a new room – or rooms – that are ready for you to move into.

Our full project management service will also mean that you don't need to worry about paying many trades, organising when they need to be on site, and getting the planning people round at the various stages of the project – we do all that for you.

Renovations and barn conversions

Have you acquired a property that needs more than a lick of paint to get it how you want it? We can help you with anything from advising on walls to knock down/brick up, to replacing floors, stairs and windows – and that's before we even talk about the nicer things like kitchens and bedrooms!

We have a wide experience with period and listed properties and are able to produce new structures and features to match in with the old where needed, using a variety of new and reclaimed materials and traditional craftsmen methods. We know where listing consent may become an issue and can provide advice on how to both avoid and work with these!

As with all our projects, we would never profess to be experts in all areas, but where needed, we have a network of experts on hand to provide advice and labour to work on your project – covering the full spectrum from groundworks to painting. You also have the option to have your renovation fully project-managed by us, meaning you can get on with your life while we get on with your home.

New Builds

Whether you are a developer looking for a carpentry contractor, or you are a self-builder who's bought a plot and wants to get started, we can offer a complete first and second fix carpentry solution. We have a wealth of experience with small local developers who specialise in building quality homes, as well as with self-builders who recognise the need for a quality job – especially when it comes to the second fix and finishing of a new property.
